friction fit is sufficient and
allows easily disassembly
should the pipes become
clogged. While this system does
remove much of the shavings,
the machines still need to be
cleaned occasionally to remove
the rest, but certainly not as
often as previously required,
(see figure 5).

This is best done on a lathe by
removing a bit of material from
the inside so that the nozzles
fit snugly. See images attached

not. This system could easily be
adapted to many other styles of
machines. Just make sure the
vacuum nozzle is positioned
in such a way as to not block
